Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light cultivation located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 017-440-019-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-044) and an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Provisional Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control. Cultivation activities include up to 10,000 sf cannabis cultivation in five (5) 96’x30’ greenhouses. Existing support infrastructure includes a 32’x44’ administrative building for harvest processing, storage and an office; a 40’x10’ storage container; four (4) 2,500 water storage tanks, and two (2) 2,500 agricultural chemical mixing tanks; water for operations would be obtained from the permitted well on 1090 S. Meadow Lane (APN 017-440-18-00). Proposed construction activities include the installation of a 10’x12’ pesticide and chemical storage shed; 15’x10’cannabis waste storage area; 20’x30’ cannabis harvest storage and drying structure on previously disturbed areas without tree removal. Power for the Project site is provided through a connection to the TPUD grid. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
