Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor cultivation located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-350-026-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-240) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Provisional Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0001301, Expires on 2024-02-17). Cultivation activities include up to 10,000 sf cannabis cultivation in four (4) outdoor mature canopy areas: a 44’x60’, a 19’x73.5’, a 19’x59’, and a 20.5’x52.5’. Existing support infrastructure includes a 12’x16’ cannabis waste composting area; a 13.5’x13’ building for agricultural chemical/pesticide storage, processing, and harvest storage; two (2) 2,500-gallon, a 1,550-gallon, and a 525-gallon water storage tank for agricultural use; a 275-gallon nutrient mixing tank; a 5,000-gallon water storage tank for fire suppression; a permitted groundwater well for agricultural use and a permitted groundwater well for domestic use; and a solar array for domestic and agricultural use. Proposed construction activities include the installation of three (3) 10’x20’ preconstructed metal containers for processing on previously disturbed areas without tree removal. Power for the Project site is provided through a combination of solar and backup generator. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
