Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-TRI-16739-R1, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Ben Lingemann.
An undersized 24-inch diameter smooth metal culvert is planned for replacement with
an adequately sized 42-inch corrugated metal pipe. The current alignment of the
existing pipe with the natural channel is fair, and the new culvert is planned for
installation that aligns as close as possible to the existing stream grade. The pipe will
extend beyond fill slope toes and inlets and outlets, and fill slopes/faces will be
armored with rock.
