The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-50447-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Daniel McLaughlin. The proposed project includes the replacement of three culverts. The culverts are located on an unnamed ephemeral tributary to the Trinity River and allow driveway access to the property. The property will be used for a <10,000 sq ft. commercial cannabis cultivation with water provided by two permitted groundwater wells.
