Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-TRI-43964-R1, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Fue Vang. The project is limited to a single encroachment located on Post Creek. The project consists of the maintenance of a natural ford stream crossing and approaches to minimize erosion and sediment discharge. Maintenance of the stream crossing will consist of replacing rock as needed when Post Creek is dry. Natural rock will be replaced with clean, durable angular screened quarry rock of sufficient size and placement to minimize mobilization during a 100-year storm event. The Permittee will contact CDFW prior to any maintenance activities. The stream crossing will only be utilized by motor vehicles twice monthly, during the dry season when water is not present. When water is present pedestrian traffic with hand carts and/or wheelbarrows will occur, as needed.
