Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 009-530-008-000. The applicant currently holds a Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-058) and also currently holds a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL21-0003791, expires on 2025-06-20). Total cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 7,380 SF of mixed-light cultivation area. The proposed project includes use of a spring diversion for water source. The direct footprint of the infrastructure and designated area results in approximately 12,130 SF. The project includes both mature and immature plant area within eighteen (18) 6’ hoop house rows in both the upper and lower cultivation areas. Existing Support Infrastructure includes One (1) 8’x15’ shed for harvest storage and packaging and processing, One (1) 10’x12’ shed for Agricultural chemical storage, One (1) 4’x10’ container for Administrative Hold and Quarantine, and One (1) 10’ x 14’ (140 ft2) compost area. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. Special Notes: The applicant may seek to develop additional hoophouses in the graded areas or upgrade the temporary hoophouses for permitted permanent greenhouses of unknown dimensions at an unknown time and date. Any changes to the current operation should be evaluated under a future modification (with proposed infrastructure included on an updated site map, as well as mitigations for Nesting bird, Nesting Raptor and Temporary Construction Noise, etc.).
