Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-690-004-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-804) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities will include approx. 9,996sqft in a proposed 120’x130’ area with fourteen (14) 6’x119’ (714sqft) mature canopy areas. Support infrastructure includes a proposed 30’x60’ garage for processing, packaging and harvest storage; a proposed 15’x15’ (up to 20’x20’) cannabis compost area, a 10’x12’ shed for ag chemical storage, two (2) 8’x40’ containers for general storage, four (4) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, and a permitted onsite groundwater well. There is a permitted septic system onsite and power for the project is provided by PG&E. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
