Cultivation activities are approved to include two (2) existing 30’x96’ greenhouses, each with four (4) 4.42’x94’ rows (total 1,662sqft) mature canopy each and two (2) proposed 30’x130’ greenhouses with four (4) 4.42’x120’ rows (2,121.6sqft) mature canopy each for a total of approx. 7,568sqft proposed mature canopy area. Existing support infrastructure includes a 20’x50’, 30’x96’ and 30’x94’ hoop house for immature canopy, a permitted onsite groundwater well; two (2) 1,000-gallon, two (2) 1,500-gallon and a 250-gallon water storage tank for agricultural use and a 2,500-gallon water storage tank for domestic use; two (2) 8’x20’ shipping containers for processing that will become harvest storage; a 12’x12 pump house with a 2’x2’ administrative hold area and a 10’x15’ cannabis waste and composting area. Following construction of the proposed greenhouses, the existing hoop houses will transition to immature canopy only and the existing greenhouses will transition to mature canopy only as detailed above. Power is provided by TPUD grid and Domestic wastewater is treated by a permitted septic system installed onsite. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
