Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 5,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-610-029-000. The applicant is seeking a Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-844) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities include an outdoor cultivation area consisting of (106) boxes (approximately 4.5’x 4.5’ with a canopy area not to exceed 42.25sf canopy each), a permitted groundwater well for domestic and irrigation purposes, an 8’x20’ shipping container for processing (drying) and harvest storage (building permit in progress), a 10’x12’ agricultural chemical and pesticide storage shed, a 10’x10’ composting area, two (2) 2,500-gallon and a 500-gallon water storage tank. Power for the project is provided by generators less than 50hp, solar pump for well and there is a permitted onsite septic system to serve the project’s wastewater needs. Proposed activities include the installation of an additional six (6) boxes (approximately 4.5’x4.5’ with a canopy area not to exceed 42.25sf each) for mature canopy on previously disturbed area for a total of approx. 4,732sqft mature canopy.
