Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2019-0457-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Dimitar Vaglarski. The parcel contains eight culverts at five locations, identified as LV-1a, LV-1b, LV-2a, LV-2b, LV-2c, LV-3, LV-4, and LV-5. Of these culverts, LV-1a, LV-1b, and LV-3 convey flow of an ephemeral tributary to Post Creek and are subject to the notification requirements of FGC Section 1600 et seq. The remaining culverts convey road runoff and/or do not contain bed, bank, or channel characteristics above inlets or below outlets. Additionally, one legacy shallow infiltration well consisting of a corrugated metal pipe (CMP) cistern is located adjacent to, but outside, the bed, bank and channel of the ephemeral tributary. The well is currently unused with no plan for future use, as a permitted groundwater well on the parcel is adequate to meet commercial cannabis cultivation needs.
