Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor, with proposed transition to mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-690-019-000. The applicant currently holds a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-500), with proposed transition to Small Mixed-Light with the County and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0003175; Expires on 2025-02-04), with proposed transition to Small Mixed-Light with the DCC. Existing activities include the cultivation of approx. 10,000 SF of mature outdoor cannabis. The outdoor cannabis cultivation area would consist of cannabis grown in approx. (120) raised beds and twelve (12) 480-SF hoop houses. Existing cannabis support infrastructure include a permitted onsite septic system, which consists of a 1,100-gallon cement septic tank and a 100-ft long leach line. There is also an existing permitted groundwater well onsite proposed for cannabis, residential, and fire protection use. Proposed activities include the construction of new 1,500-SF building to be used for processing, immature plant storage, trimming, inventory, and an ADA bathroom. Furthermore, the (12) existing 6’x80’ hoop rows will be converted into five (5) 30 x 90 foot greenhouses that would be constructed within the existing cultivation footprint. Post-harvest activities such as processing, packaging, labeling, secure harvest storage, and administrative holding area located in two (2) 8’x40’ shipping containers [1 and 2] north of the cultivation area and a 10x20 shed is used for ag chemical storage. Power for the project is provided by PG&E. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
