Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of Mixed-Light cultivation located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 024-010-050-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-395) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Provisional Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0001373, Expires on 2023-12-18). Cultivation activities include a 30’x72’ (partially burned and will be 30’x96’ when rebuilt), two (2) 30’x96’, and a 30’x102’ greenhouse for mature canopy; two (2) 30’x96’ greenhouses for immature canopy (one of which is partially collapsed and will be rebuilt). Existing support infrastructure includes an 8’x20’ shipping container for agricultural chemical/pesticide storage; a 24’x80’ building consisting of a 2’x3’ administrative hold area, a 24’x40’ harvest storage area, and a 24’x30’ processing and packaging area; a 15’x15’ cannabis waste area; a 1,000-gallon, three (3) 2,500-gallon, a 3,000-gallon, and three (3) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks. Proposed construction activities include the installation of a 30’x96’ greenhouse for mature plant canopy; four (4) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks; rebuild the collapsed 30’x96’ greenhouse for immature canopy; rebuild and extend the partially burned 30’x72’ mature canopy greenhouse to 30’x96’ and change to immature canopy on previously disturbed areas without tree removal. Power for the Project site is provided through an existing connection to Trinity Public Utility District’s grid,. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
