Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 016-200-034-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-730). Cultivation activities include approx. 10,000 SF of mixed-light canopy area consisting of four (4) proposed 30’x110’ temporary hoop houses for mature canopy, approximately 560 SF of the northern hoop house will be designated for immature canopy, and a proposed 30’x50’ temporary hoop house for immature canopy. Installation of proposed structures will not require grading or clearing of vegetation as it is a previously developed flat; assembly will be through hand tools. The project proposes to replace the temporary hoop houses with permitted greenhouses on the same footprint. Existing support infrastructure includes: a 20’x30’ wooden structure for processing, packaging, and harvest storage; a 32’x36’ barn for general storage; and a 10’x10’ cannabis waste area for composting. The project proposes to install six (6) water storage tanks, four (4) 5,000-gallon, a 2,500-gallon, and a 1,400-gallon, that will be shared with the adjacent property (APN: 016-200-035-000); and install two (2) 10’x10’ sheds to be used for general storage, pesticide, and nutrient storage. Water for this project will be through a permitted well located on the adjacent property (APN: 016-200-035-000); the project is connected to an electrical grid, Trinity PUD, and a permitted sceptic located on APN: 016-200-035-000 will serve the project’s wastewater needs.
