Streambed Alteration agreement : The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-11579-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project 8th LLC, Applicant, Nataliya Mihailova. The project consists of two projects: 1) the decommissioning of a shallow infiltration-type well on the bank of the Mad River, and 2) the removal of legacy concrete structures within an ephemeral tributary to the Mad River.
