Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 008-040-013-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-449) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0002013; Expires on 2025-01-28). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,980sqft of outdoor mature canopy area in four (4) hoop houses of various size (18’x60’, 16’x100’ and two (2) 20’x96’) as well as a 20’x100’ open area (to be converted into a 20’x100’ hoop house) and a 38’x50’ open area (including four (4) 6’x50’ hoop rows). Existing support infrastructure includes a 10’x60’ and 10’x100’ immature plant area to be converted into hoop house structures; a 900sqft workshop for cannabis processing and harvest storage as well as 120sqft shed, 300sqft shed and 400sqft metal carport for general storage. The proposed project includes use of a permitted onsite groundwater well for water source. Proposed activities include replacing the hoop houses with greenhouses of the same dimension and canopy layout in the same previously disturbed footprint. There is a permitted onsite septic system that services the project’s wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by PG&E.
