Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 011-340-010-000. The applicant currently holds a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-481) and is seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,898.2sqft mature canopy in three (3) 30’x100’ hoop houses and one (1) 24’x96’ hoop house. Existing support infrastructure includes a 20’x96’ hoop house for immature canopy, Administrative Hold Area (8’x8’), drying/processing area (8’x8’), nutrient storage Area (8’x8’), pesticide and rodenticide Storage (8’x8’), Compost Area (10’x12’) and an onsite permitted groundwater well and pump house (4’x4’); six (6) 2500-gallon, one (1) 1,500-gallon and four (4) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks are used for irrigation, mixing, and fire suppression. Proposed activities include the installation of an 8’x40’ shipping container for general storage on previously disturbed area. There is a permitted onsite septic system that services the project’s wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by TPUD.
