Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-270-036-000. The applicant currently holds a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-620) and also currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 2 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL23-0000180, Expires on 2025-08-28). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,996sqft mature canopy in three (3) 30’x130’ greenhouses. Existing support infrastructure includes a permitted groundwater well, permitted water diversion and associated 200,000-gallon holding pond, 8’x40’ container for processing, harvest storage, ag chemical storage and compost area.; one (1) 500-gallon, three (3) 2,500-gallon and five (5) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks. Proposed activities are approved for installation of a 30’x110’ greenhouse for immature canopy, an additional 8’x40’ container for processing and a 20’x40’ processing structure in previously disturbed areas. There is a permitted onsite septic system that services the project’s wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by TPUD.
