Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-410-056-000 The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-469) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL21-0002547, Expires on 2025-04-20). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 7,936sqft in one hundred thirty-four (134) fabric pots (with 50.27 sf of mature canopy each) and one (1) 8’x150’ bed for mature canopy; one (1) 6’x6’ hoop house and two (2) 6’x90’ hoop houses for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes: one (1) permitted onsite groundwater well; three (3) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks and one (1) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tank; one (1) 10’x12’ shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage; one (1) 10’x12’ shed for general storage; one (1) 10’x10’ cannabis waste and composting area; one (1) 30’x55’ drying/processing structure; and one (1) 16’x26’ residential dwelling with an administrative hold area on the second floor. Proposed Infrastructure includes the addition of one (1) 3,000-gallon water storage tank; installation of two (2) 10’x12’ sheds for processing and office space; replace the existing two (2) 6’x90’ hoop houses with one (1) 30’x100’ greenhouse for immature canopy cultivation; installation of one (1) 10’x16’ building for harvest storage and administrative hold (5’x5’); and installation of a (1) 20’x40’ building for processing. Power for the project is provided by generator under 50-hp with proposed installation of solar system. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project’s wastewater needs.
