Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of 7,472 square feet (sf) of Small Mixed-Light cannabis. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The project proposes zero grading and no new disturbance areas will be created. The project does not propose to expand the designated area. Disturbed area currently amounts to 8,424 sf (0.19 acres. There are currently (172) 4’x4’ cultivation boxes, six (6) 8’x75’ cultivation beds, one (1) 8’x40’ cultivation bed, two (2) 35’x8’ cultivation beds, and one (1) 30’x8’ cultivation bed for mature canopy and 20’x20’ building for immature canopy with admin hold inside (2’x6’). Existing support infrastructure includes: a 12’x36’ processing building, 10’x12’ pesticide/chemical shed, 4’x8’ cannabis waste/compost area, six (6) 2,500gal water storage tanks and five (5) 250gal nutrient mixing tanks.
