Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of Mixed Light Cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-390-024-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-781) and a Small Mixed-Light Tier 2 license from Department of Cannabis Control (LCA22-0001601). Existing canopy areas include 305 full season outdoor plants grown in 200-gallon 5’x5’ fabric pots. Exiting supporting infrastructure includes: two (2) 2,500-gallon water tanks; and a 10’x12’ shed for storage. Proposed modifications include a 30’x30’ storage/processing building for nutrients, pesticides and an administrative hold area; four (4) 30’x100’ Greenhouses, with a total of three (3) 3,000 SF mature growth canopies, and one (1) 3,000 SF immature growth canopy; and a 10’x20’ temporary hoophouse for immature growth. All proposed activities will be on previously disturbed ground with no vegetation removal. Water for this project will be through a permitted well; power for the project will be provided by a permitted solar array, and a permitted septic will serve the project’s wastewater needs.
