Document Description
The project is limited to two diversions from Salt Creek, one being a new surface diversion and one being from an existing shallow well that diverts hydrologically connected hyporheic flow. Water from these diversions will be pumped during the winter diversion season to fill a man-made off channel pond from which to irrigate commercial cannabis. Any water diverted directly from the seep well for non-cannabis purposes during the typical cannabis forbearance period shall be separately metered from water diverted from the pond.
