Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of Small Mixed-Light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-270-035-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-720) and holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 license from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0001168, Expires: 2025-08-11). Cultivation activities include approximately 9,984sf of mature canopy in four (4) 24’x104’ greenhouse, and a proposed 78’x103’ greenhouse for immature canopy. Existing Support infrastructure includes a a 28’x60’ barn for processing and harvest storage; a 10.5’x10.5’ composting area for cannabis waste; five (5) 5,000-gallon and two (2) 1,200-gallon tanks for water storage. The project proposes to install a 78’x103’ greenhouse on previously disturbed ground for immature canopy. Project development will not require any grading or tree removal. Water for the project is provided by a permitted on-site groundwater well, power is provided by a connection to the Trinity Public Utility District grid, and a permitted onsite septic system is used for the project’s wastewater needs.
