Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-TRI-46438-R1, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Janet Yang. The project is limited to the reconstruction of two ford crossings. In March of 2024 Trinity Valley Consulting Engineers, Inc. issued a Hydraulic and Drainage Report for the parcel which determined two ford crossings needed reconstruction. Work will include the use of heavy equipment to remove accumulated soil in the crossings; the excavated areas will be lined with filter fabric prior to installing 3-inch rock for a driving surface. After construction is completed, all remaining exposed soil will be re-seeded and stabilized. Maintenance activities will occur seasonally to ensure the crossings remain clear of debris and sediment. Water will be sourced from the groundwater well on the parcel for cannabis irrigation and domestic purposes.
