Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 017-010-037-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-676) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL21-0003207, Expires on 2025-09-20). Cultivation activities include approx. 8,400sqft of mature canopy in three (3) 30’x100’ hoop houses and one (1) 30’x40’ hoop house; and a 20’x70’ hoop house will be used for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes an 8’x10’ cannabis waste area, a permitted onsite groundwater seep well, a rain catchment system connected to the roof of various structures, a 10’x12’ shed for chemical storage, a 10’x12’ shed for processing, seventeen (17) 2,500-gallon and one (1) 1,500-gallon water storage tanks. Power is provided by TPUD and a permitted on-site septic system services the project’s wastewater needs. A more detailed Project Description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
SPECIAL NOTE:
1. Although the project is described as small mixed-light, supplemental lighting is not discussed throughout the Appendix C and therefore only light-deprivation is approved at this time.
