Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APNs): 019-017-350-054-000 and 017-350-053-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-103) and is also seeking a Medicinal Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL18-0001999, Expires on 2025-04-26). Cultivation activities will include approx. 10,000 square feet (sf) mature canopy of outdoor cannabis. Cultivation will occur in one (1) 7’x80’ bed, ninety-five (95) 5’x5’ boxes, sixty (60) 4’x4’ boxes, and two (2) 6’x60’ hoop houses for immature canopy with transition to approx. 420sqft of mature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes: Municipal Water connection, a 16’x32’ processing building, a 10’x12’ harvest storage shed, a 12’x24’ processing building, a 4’x6’ agricultural chemical/pesticide storage shed, an 8’x10’ admin hold shed, a 10’x12’ cannabis waste area, one (1) 550gal nutrient storage tank and two (2) 2,500gal water storage tanks. Project Elements include proposed reconfiguration activities that will occur in previously disturbed areas and would not add additional acreage to the disturbed area. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. Proposed support infrastructure includes: installation of two (2) 6’x60’ hoop rows for immature canopy with transition to 420sqft mature canopy area, reduction of existing 5x5’ boxes to 4’x4’, installation of a 20’x40’ building for processing and replacement of outdoor cultivation boxes with fourteen (14) 6’x100’ hoop house or raised row. The Project’s wastewater needs are supplied by onsite permitted septic system. Power for the project is provided by TPUD.
