Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-050-005. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-743) and a Small Mixed-light Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control. Cultivation activities include the proposed installation of eight (8) 6’x80’ hoop houses and six (6) 6’x150’ hoop houses for a total of approx. 9,240 SF of mixed-light cultivation area. Support infrastructure includes an existing 20’x20’ shed for chemical storage, processing and harvest storage, a 12’x12’ compost area and the addition of a 40’x20’ open staging area for immature plants on a previously graded area. The proposed project includes the use of a groundwater well for water source, four (4) 2,500-gallon, one (1) 1,500-gallon, one (1) 3,500- gallon, and one (1) 1,000-gallon water storage tank.
