Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 024-680-018-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-032) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0001887, Expires on 2025-01-27) and is also seeking a self-distributor, transport-only license Type 13 with the DCC. Cultivation activities include approx. 9,762sqft of mature canopy in a 25’x60’ greenhouse, 25’x72’ greenhouse, and five (5) 25’x90’greenhouses. Existing support infrastructure includes a 2,021sqft outdoor area, another 2632sqft area, 11’x75’ area, 11’x50’ area, 25’x45’ area and 10’x20 area for immature canopy; 24’x28’ building for harvest storage and packaging, 10’x12’ storage shed; 10’x20’ cannabis waste compost area; 40’x60’ building with immature and processing; 10’x12’ shed for agriculture chemical and pesticide storage; two (2) permitted onsite groundwater wells, a 300-gallon, 1,100-gallon, 2,500-gallon, and one (1) 3,000-gallon water storage tanks. There is an onsite permitted septic system that services the projects’ wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by TPUD. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. A Minor Modification request was submitted to the Trinity County Cannabis Division on 05/23/2024 to include approval of self-distributor, Type 13, DCC transport-only with this CEQA determination; proposed activities will be combined with existing trips for no additional impact.
