Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-TRI-03150-R1, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Jessica Smith. The project is limited to maintenance and replacement of seven existing stream crossings on a private driveway accessing commercial cannabis premises. The crossings were legacy structures, which either need to be upgraded/replaced or maintained at current capacity. The largest crossing will be replaced with a rail car bridge.
