Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 018-830-03-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-640) and a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Existing activities include the cultivation of 9,960 sf of mature mixed-light cannabis in two (2) 4,980-sf greenhouses, and the cultivation of 9,960 sf of immature mixed-light cannabis in two (2) 4,980-sf greenhouses. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes a 2,560-sf two-story storage and processing building, a 20’x40’ compost area, two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, and four (4) 1,000-gallon nutrient mixing tanks. The proposed project includes use of an existing permitted groundwater well, and cultivation is irrigated via a timed drip system. Power for the project site is provided through on-site solar panels. SPECIAL NOTES:
1. The Appendix C Checklist states in the Project Description that the project is a “new cultivation project” but it appears that the site was developed some time following October 2019. This Appendix C review is based on the information provided in the March 21, 2022 site plan.
