Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation (renewal) of existing permitted cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 018-050-59-00 located at Highway 36 and South Fork Mountain Road in the Mad River area of Trinity County. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The project proposes zero grading and no new disturbance areas will be created. The project does not propose to expand the designated area. Cultivation activities include 10,000 square feet (SF) of permitted cannabis cultivation, propagation of clones for use onsite and drying of harvested cannabis plants. There is no trimming or packaging onsite. Existing non-cannabis structures on the parcel include a single-family residence and 2 seasonal carports. The residence is used as a residence and is not used for cannabis cultivation or processing. The carports are located adjacent to the barn and are primarily used as firewood storage. Cannabis support buildings and infrastructure include the following: a 1,750 SF permitted barn used for drying, product storage, petroleum and equipment storage, a 160 SF nutrient and pesticide storage shed, six 250-gallon mixing tanks (100 SF), a 64-square-foot administrative hold area, a 400 SF compost area, a 400 SF soil amendment and storage area, a 3,000 SF immature (propagation) greenhouse, a 4,770 SF immature plant full sun area, seven 5,000-gallon water tanks (400 SF combined area), two 1,500-gallon water tanks (100 SF combined area), and a pressurized drip irrigation system.
