Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 025-100-15-00. The applicant currently holds an Adult Use – Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL22-0001492) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-659) to cultivate 9,936 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light canopy. The existing cultivation currently includes three (3) 24’x108’ greenhouses with two 10’x108’ rows for mature canopy in each greenhouse, and two proposed 20’x108’ greenhouses with two 8’x108’ rows for mature canopy in each greenhouse. Other structures used to support cultivation operations include one 2’x4’ shelf for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage will be utilized in a 30’x50’ building on the adjacent property (APN 009-530-020-00, CCL-263), the rest of the uses in this building will be utilized by the neighboring parcel exclusively, and one 25’x25’ cannabis waste and composting area (shared with CCL-263). Water for the project will be supplied by a groundwater well and stored in one 550-gallon and one 2,500-gallon water storage tanks. Proposed infrastructure includes the addition of two 550-gallon and two (2) 1,000-gallon water storage tanks, construction of a 42’x81’ building for immature canopy (39’x78’) that will become harvest storage and post-harvest processing areas, and a 3’x3’ tote for administrative hold.
