Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 019-200-028-00. The applicant is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-782) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mix-light canopy. The cultivation currently includes a 30’ x 100’ greenhouse, the installation of two (2) 20’ x 80’ greenhouses for mature cultivation, and a 6’ x 20’ immature plant area.Other supporting structures include: a 10’ x 10’ cannabis waste composting area; solar array; a 10 x 12’ shed for pesticide and agricultural storage; a 10’ x 16’ ramada will serve as an employee break area. Proposed structures will include: a 10’ x 12’ shed for pesticide and agricultural storage; a 30’ x 40’ shop for processing, harvest storage, and admin hold; two (2) 8’ x 40’ shipping containers for processing; and a second solar array for cultivation use. Water will be through a permitted well; power will be supplied through solar arrays, a propane tank, and a propane generator; and a permitted septic will serve at the projects wastewater needs.
