Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2019-0490-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Anzor Davydov. An existing eight-foot diameter culvert washed out in February 2019 and will be replaced in the same location with a twenty foot long, thirteen feet wide rail car-type structure placed on concrete abutments. The abutments will be armored with approximately 25 cubic yards of rip-rap. An existing low water crossing approximately 250-feet downstream will be used for temporary construction access. All work will be performed when the channel is dry. There will be a loss of up to 200 square feet of riparian vegetation for construction access.
