Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 011-380-063-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-025) and holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0003487, Expires on 2023-11-08). Cultivation activities include approx. 6,120 SF of mixed-light canopy within 6’ wide hoops of various lengths which include: ten (10) 6’x50’, a 6’x45’, two (2) 6’x25’, a 6’x30’, a 6’x35’, four (4) 6’x55’, a 6’x75’ and a 6’x65’ grown in 10 gallon raised pots; an additional 600 sqft (20’x30’) area is used for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes a 10’x10’ compost area, two (2) 120 sqft sheds and 750 sqft (25’x30’) detached garage used for processing, harvest storage and admin hold. Power is provided by TPUD and Water is provided from rainwater catchment as well as a permitted seep well in a developed spring; a total of 65,500 gallons of water storage which includes: six (6) 2500 gallon water tanks, a 500 gallon water tank, and a permitted 50,000 gallon permitted water bladder pillow tank.
