The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-51582-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, John Buell. The project is limited to the replacement and/or maintenance of existing culverts. Additionally, improvements will be made to an existing spillway and maintenance of an existing on-stream pond. Water from the pond is not used for commercial cannabis irrigation. Water for commercial cannabis irrigation is provided by a 120-feet deep groundwater well.
