Document Description
: The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 025-140-025. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-266) and holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0001701, Expires on 2023-12-05). Cultivation activities include seven (7) 6’x80’ hoop house, a 6’x60’ greenhouse and a 20’x100’ greenhouse for mature canopy, as well as three (3) proposed 6’x100’ hoop houses for approx. 9,320 sqft total mature canopy; a 9.5’x30’ structure is used for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes a permitted well for domestic and agricultural uses, two (2) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks, a 2,500-gallon water storage tank, twelve (12) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tank, a 4’x8’and a 12’x12’ cannabis waste area; an 8‘x8’ shed for records storage, a 10’x16’ shed for processing that will become harvest storage, a 10’x20’ building for processing that will become harvest storage with admin hold and a 10’x12’ shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage. Proposed activities include the installation of three (3) additional 275-gallon nutrient mixing tanks, three (3) 10’x12’ sheds for processing that will become harvest storage, two (2) 8’x20’ shipping containers for freezer storage, two (2) 8’x40’ shipping containers for general storage and a 12’x40’ building for processing. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. Applicant has provided supplemental Odor, Noise, and Light Attenuation Plan to fall in compliance with: Resolution NO. 2023-071, “A Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of The County of Trinity allowing streamlined approval of cannabis licenses that require CCV’s for the calender year 2023”. 2. A Registered Profressional Forester (RPF) Letter is required before any proposed activities including tree removal for grading and construction.
