Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 017-440-007-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from Trinity County (CCL-102) and currently holds a Provisional Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL18-0002617; Expires on 2024-05-24). Proposed activities include the cultivation of approx. 6,875sf of mature mixed-light cannabis grown in three (3) 30’x75’greenhouses and a 30’x50’ greenhouse, and a 30’x100’ greenhouse for immature canopy. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes a 1,932-sf shop for processing, immature plants, harvest storage, general storage, and administrative hold; a 230-sf shed for pesticide and agricultural chemical storage; a 64-sf shed for additional agricultural chemical storage; a 20’x20 (400sqft) cannabis waste area; thirty (30) water tanks of various size for water storage; two (2) 200-sf carports for general storage; a 480-sf shed for general storage; a 35-sf bathroom structure; a permitted septic system; and a permitted groundwater well. Cultivation is irrigated via a timed drip system, and power for the project site is provided through an existing connection to Trinity Public Utility District’s grid.
