Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 018-560-003-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-444) and holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL18-0002129, Expires on 2024-05-22). The porposed cultivation activities will cultivate up to 10,000 sqft of mature canopy in (32) temporty hoop houses of various sizes which include: two (2) 6’x35’, seven (7) 6’x44’, two (2) 6’x46’, six (6) 6’x47’, four (4) 6’x50’, three (3) 6’x53’, and eight (8) 6’x60’ hoop houses. Other supporting structures include (34) water storage tanks of various sizes that total 130,500-gallons; a 16’x40’ Barn used for harvest storage and to support cultivation operations; and two (2) 8’x20’ shipping containers for multi-use cultivation operstion. Water will be supplied by a permitted well, the project’s energy use will be through mobile solar panels anchored on trailors, and a permitted septic will searve for the project’s wase water needs. SPECIAL NOTE: Portible Solar panles on trailers do not require permits per Trinity County Building Department direction.
