Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (the project) is the renewal of existing cultivation on a site that previously permitted cultivation activities took place in Trinity County APN 025-200-11-00 located at 651 Mountain View Drive in eastern Trinity County. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The project proposes zero grading and no new disturbance areas will be created. The project does not propose to expand the designated area. Cultivation activities include 9,962 square feet (SF) of cannabis cultivation, propagation of seed stock and drying of harvested cannabis plants. Immature plants are purchased off site and packaging occurs off site. Associated cannabis support buildings and infrastructure include a 8-foot by 40-foot (320 SF) shipping container used for processing harvest storage and for administration holding area, an 10-foot by 10-foot (100 SF) shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, an 28-foot by 23-foot (644 SF) Cannabis waste (Compost) area, 1 - 550 gallon nutrient mixing tank, 2 – 2,500 gallon tanks (5,000 gallons), and 2 – 5,000 gallon tanks (10,000 gallons) for total of approximately 15,000 gallons of water storage, and existing permitted well located in a pump house for agricultural and domestic purposes. The cultivation is irrigated via s drip system and is only watered in the morning and evening to reduce evapotranspiration and water loss. The direct footprint of the cultivation and infrastructure results in approximately over 11,064 SF. Current infrastructure includes one 7.5’x61.5’ hoop house, four 6.5’x80 hoop houses, one 7’x80’ hoop house, one 5’x80’ hoop house, one 7’x48’ hoop house, seven 7’x100.5’ hoop house, one 7’x88’ hoop house, one 7’x83.5’ hoop house, for mature canopy. Upon Removal of existing hoop houses, proposed infrastructure includes: installation of three 30’x 100’greenhouses and one 60’x60’ greenhouse within the existing cultivational area.
