Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 018-650-002. The applicant currently holds an Adult Use – Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL19-0004923, expires on 2024-01-15) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-581) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sqft) of mature mixed-light canopy. The existing cultivation currently includes four (4) temporary hoop houses of various sizes for mature cultivation which include: two (2) 30’ x 100’ (6,000 sqft), a 70’ x 30’ (2,100 sqft), and a 100’ x 15’ (1,500 sqft) structures. Two (2) temporary hoop houses are used for immature cultivation, a 100’ x 15’ (1,500 sqft) and a 70’ x 15’ (1,050 sqft). Other supporting structures include: two (2) 10’ x 12’ (240 sqft) sheds for packaging, processing and admistrative hold; one 10’ x 10’ fenced area used for waste storage; one 6’ x 8’ (48 sqft) pesticide and agricultural storage. Water will be provided through a diversion pump that will fill nine (9) 5,000-gallon and two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks. The property will utilize a permitted septic for any wastewater needs; energy will be provided through PG&E.
