The scope of work is limited to proposed new commercial cannabis cultivation area and replacement of an existing 12-inch diameter culvert under the premises road with an approximate 21-inch to 24-inch diameter culvert. A small backhoe or excavator may be needed, in addition to hand tools, to replace the existing culvert
