Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN: 017-350-055-00). The applicant is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-648) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sqft) of mature Outdoor canopy. The existing cultivation currently includes (277) 4’ x 4’ boxes with a foot overhang on each side (9,972 sqft total) of mature canopy. Other supporting structures include: a 10’ x 10’ cannabis waste area; a 8’ x 8’ shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage; a 250-gallon water stoage tank, a 1,000-gallon water storage tank, and a 250-gallon water storage tank; a 10’ x 10’ shed for administrative hold; a 10’ x 12’ shed for processing and packaging; and a 10’ x 12’ shed for harvest storage. Water will be provided through municipal water source, Trinity Water Works District 1, a municipal sewer will searve as the project’s wastewater needs, and energy will be provided through an electrical grid through Triniy Public Utility District (TPUD). SPECIAL NOTE: Applicant has provided supplemental Odor Control Plan to fall in compliance with: Resolution NO. 2023-071, “A resolution of the Board of Supervisirs of The County of Trinity allowing streamlined approval of cannabis licenses that require CCV’s or the calender year 2023”.
