Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 015-420-048-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-737) and holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL21-0005381, expires 2023-07-25). The existing cultivation currently includes three (3) 30’ x 100’ hoop housees with 26’ x 98’ (7,644 sqft) and a 24’ x 73’ hoop house with 23’ x 73’ (1,679 sqft) mature canopy, and a 24’ x 75’ hoop house with 24’ x 73’ (1,679 sqft) of immature canopy. Proposed activities include the addition of four (4) 24’ x 75’ hoop houses for immature canopy on previously disturbed ground. Other supporting structures include: thirteen (13) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks; two (2) 250-gallon nutrient mixing; proposed installation of four (4) 10’ x 12’ sheds for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, administrative hold, harvest storage, and processing area on previously disturbed ground; and the addition of a 10’ x 12’ cannabis waste and composting area. Power for the project is through an electrical grid from Trinity Public Utility District (TPUD). Permitted septic will serve as the project’s wastewater needs, and water for this project will be provided from an onsite permitted groundwater well.
