Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 016-200-003-00. The applicant is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-594) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sqft) of mature mixed-light canopy. The existing cultivation currently includes five (5) tempory hoop houses consisting of 9,166 sqft of total mature canopy, and 3,060 sqft of immatire cultivation area in small temporary hoop houses. Future proposal to replace temporary hoop houses with permitted greenhouses on current footprint. Other supporting structures include: multiple snall support buildings 994 sqft total which include, a harvest storage area (480 sqft), a secured cannabis waste area (150) sqft, a packaging and processing (300 sqft), and pesticide and ag. Chemical storate area (64 sqft); and a 200 sqft cannabis waste area. SPECIAL NOTE: Per Resolution NO. 2023-071 “A resolution of the Board of Supervisors of The County of Trinity allowing streamlined approval of cannabis licenses that require CCV’s or the calendar year 2023”, in compliance with Trinity County Code (TCC) Section 17.43.050 (A)(8), for being within the 350 ft. setback to a neighboring dwelling structure (sensitive receptor) the applicant has provided supplemental Odor, Noise, and Light Attenuation Plans.
