Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 025-140-036-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-231) and holds an Adult-Use Small Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0004726, Expires on 2024-01-23). Cultivation activities include an outdoor cultivation area with ninety (90) 4’ x 4’ (1,440 sqft) boxes and one hundred (100) 9’ x 9’ (8,100 sqft) boxes for mature canopy on seven (7) graded flats, and a 24’ x 30’ (720 sqft) garage for immature plant area. Other supporting structures include: a 5,000-gallon, a 3,000-gallon, and four (4) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks; four (4) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tanks; a 24’ x 30’(720 sqft) garage usesd for immature plant area will become a processing and harvest storage area, with a 2’ x 3’ (6 sqft) agricultural chemical/pesticide storage area; a 10’ x 12’ (120 sqft) building for harvest storage; a 8’ x 12.5’ (100 sqft) building for processing, with a 3’ x 3’(9 sqft) administrative hoolding area; and a 10’ x 10’ (100 sqft) cannabis waste composting area. The property is supplied renewable hydroelectric power by TPUD. The water source for cultivation activities is a permitted groundwater well and an onsite septic will serve as the project’s wastewater needs.
SPECIAL NOTE: Applicant has provided supplemental Odor Control Plan to fall in compliance with: Resolution NO. 2023-071, “A resolution of the Board of Supervisirs of The County of Trinity allowing streamlined approval of cannabis licenses that require CCV’s or the calendar year 2023”.
In accordance with CEQA guidelines Section 15168(e), this project is found to be within the scope of the Trinity County Commercial Cannabis Program and the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR).
