Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 024-680-019-00. The applicant currently holds an Adult Use – Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL18-0001245, expires: 05/03/2024) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-073) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature outdoor canopy. See below for additional project information. The existing mixed-light cultivation activities onsite take place in (21) hoop house of various sizes: five (5) 6’ x 120’ (3,600 sqft), a 6’ x 90’ (540 sqft), a 6’ x 75’ (450 sqft), four (4) 6’ x 70’ (1,680 sqft), a 6’ x 65’ (390 sqft), and nine (9) 6’ x 60’ (3,240 sqft) for mature cannabis cultivation for a total of 7,040 sqft total designated outdoor area. Support infrastructure includes: a 24’ x 42 (1,008 sqft) garage with 12’ x 30’ (360 sqft) for immature plants, 6’ x 12’ (72 sqft) for pesticide and agricultural chemical storage, 12’ x 30’ (360 sqft) for processing and harvest storage, 10’ x 12’ (120 sqft) for processing; a 20’ x 20’ (400 sqft) compost area, four (4) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, two (2) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks, four (4) 500-gallon nutrient mixing tanks, and a permitted groundwater well. Power for the project site is provided through an existing connection to Trinity Public Utility District’s grid. Special Note: This approval is only in regards to the Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License and does not cover any potential future licenses (such as Microbusiness).
