Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-690-033. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-575) and holds a Small Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0000033, expired 2023-04-29). Cultivation activities include up to 10,000 sqft of mixed-light canopy in three (3) 32’x96’ greenhouses for mature canopy and a 20’x96’ (1,920 sqft) greenhouse for immature canopy. Other Cultivation related Support structures include a 225 sqft composting area, a 120 sqft metal shed (Pesticides & Agricultural Chemicals Storage Area), a 2,500-gallon water storage tank, and a 1,500-gallon water storage tank. The 1,920 sqft immature greenhouse is also used for cannabis processing, and a proposed 10’ X 12’ (120 sqft) wooden shed will be installed and used as a Harvest Storage Area.. The cultivation is irrigated via a drip system to reduce water loss. Power is supplied by grid, PG&E with backup generators for emergency use.
