Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of 3,200 square feet (sf) of mature outdoor cannabis and 750 sf of support area located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 019-420-21-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-468) and currently holds a provisional Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0002904). The project parcel is located at 491 White Oak Road in Post Mountain, California. The proposed project is located approximately 8.27 miles west of the community of Wildwood and 10.5 miles southwest of the community of Hayfork in unincorporated Trinity County. Access to the project site is on White Oak Road off Trinity Pines Road by way of State Highway 3. There is an existing maintained driveway that serves as primary site access. Existing activities include the cultivation of 3,200 sf of mature outdoor cannabis grown in 4-foot x 4-foot boxes in a terraced area in the center of the property. Immature cannabis cultivation would occur in an existing 600-sf hoop house located adjacent to the terraced area designated for mature canopy. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes three support buildings totaling 150-sf, a permitted groundwater well, a septic system, and three water storage tanks. Power for the project site is provided through an existing connection to Trinity Public Utility District’s grid.
