Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sqft) of mature mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number APN: 025-200-015-000. The applicant has obtained a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-726) and has also obtained an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL23-0000565, Expires on 2025-05-01) with proposed transition to Specialty Mixed-Light as well as Distributor Type 13 Self-Transport DCC License. Cultivation activities will include approx. 5,000sqft of mature canopy in existing fabric pots with proposed transition to approx. 4,608sqft mature canopy in two (2) 30’x96’ greenhouses. Additional supporting infrastructure will include: a 30’x25’ section of a 30’x50’ garage on APN 025-200-014 for processing, packaging, harvest storage; a 10’x12’ (120sqft) shed for petroleum storage; a 10’x12’ (120sqft) for nutrient and agricultural chemical storage; a 10’x12’ (120sqft) cannabis compost area; four (4) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks and four (4) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tanks. Groundwater well and septic will be supplied from the adjacent property (APN: 025-200-014) and power for the project will be provided by Trinity Public Utility District (TPUD).
