Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-46396-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Molli Xiong. The Project consists of replacing an eroded spillway on an existing seasonal impoundment with an adequately sized rock-armored spillway, installing an armored rock ford at an existing unimproved low water crossing, and maintaining three existing culverted crossings on Kingsbury Gulch and a Class II tributary that are used to access the premises. Replacement of any of the three existing culverted crossings is not part of this project.
